Window Cleaning
During every visit we will use only the finest window
cleaning products. Handheld micro fiber strip washers
and organic soaps are used to agitate the dirt and residue
from the windows suspending it off of the surface. We
then squeegee the dirty water from the surface of the
glass and frame with a professional squeegee. Detailing
all four edges of every pain with a cotton surgical towel
is very important to make sure all water is removed. The
interior sill and exterior screen track is also cleaned
out. We can also clean out the “window well”
the one inch strip under the window for a small addition
charge. Window screen cleaning for standard screens is
included at no additional charge. The end result is a
window that looks Awesome. A clean window gives you a
perfect view of your property and an exterior that exudes
a shine that is hard to miss and envied by all. It is
recommended that windows are cleaned at least twice a
year and interior once a year. Clients that would like
to sign up for a quarterly or bi-annual agreement can
save a substantial amount on their annual maintenance

Pure Water Window Cleaning
We have invested enormous resources in Pure Water Technology
setting us light years ahead of all our competition. After
our initial visit we evaluate each property on an individual
base for the ability to maintain the window units during
future visits with our state of the art pure water window
cleaning system. This process uses 100% purified water
manufactured onsite to agitate the dirt, residue, and
cobwebs from the glass and frames and rinse it away to
the ground using very low pressure 40-60 psi. The amount
of water used is ½ to ¾ GPM being very low
volume much less than running your sprinkler system for
half and hour. The water is pumped from the van to the
water fed carbon fiber pole reaching up to 60’ or
five stories from the ground. This keeps us firmly planted
on the ground performing a very thorough job with a spot
free clean. The windows are washed and rinsed with a soft
bristle brush and left to air dry minutes later with a
perfectly clean spot free clean.
Hard Water Deposit Removal
Hard water deposits are caused from the buildup of calcium
carbonate on windows and other surfaces from sprinkler
systems or pool Polaris systems that spray water from
the tail. It is crucial to try and stop this from occurring
as quickly as possible. Sprinkler systems can be adjusted
to proactively prevent cause of the problem. Polaris’
can also have the tail removed to prevent them from spraying
on your windows. The buildup of deposits on your window
if left unaddressed will cause irreversible damage including
up to stage two corrosion with the solution being costly
window replacement. We have progressive attack on this
problem from light scrubbing pads to 30,000 rpm glass
polishing equipment.
Power (Pressure) Washing
We use only the best equipment for this task. We have
both mobile units that can get into the tightest areas
for smaller jobs around a home and also high power trailer
mounted hot water units that can take off the most difficult
dirt and stains. With our vast knowledge of chemicals
almost anything can be removed by our crews from pecan
stains, efflorescence, mold, algae, spray paint, concrete

House and Roof Washing
We wash all types of surfaces including wood, stucco, vinyl
siding, brick, stone and metal. We can clean pretty much
any surface that is out there. Addressing black mold and
algae before it gets out of control is very important. The
process we have developed yields exemplary results and will
not only remove it but kill it so it does not return as
fast. The process also does not damage plants and vegetation

you have trees near your home. Leaves that fall in the gutter
system collect and clog the downspouts preventing water
from passing thru the system properly. Clogged gutters are

of stagnate water to nest in. Overflowing water from gutters

Storm Window Cleaning
A Storm Window is a removable window frame with glass
in it that can be removed from the inside or outside of
the house. What is the purpose of a storm window? These
windows provide additional insulation for your home preventing
the transfer of radiant heat through the window. They
typically will cost two to three times as much as a normal
window to clean due to the time frame it takes to remove
clean and re-stall them properly.

Screen Cleaning
Making sure screens are regularly cleaned can preserve the
life of the Vinyl/Fiberglass screen fabric. Window Wizards
recommendation is to remove the screen permanently on the
windows you do not open on a regular basis for several reasons.
The first, is that it helps prolong the life of the screens
by being safely stowed away from the sun in a protected
location (attic, garage or shed). When the time comes to
sell your property they look great and you won't have the
added expense of replacing screens for preparation of selling
your home. A screen prevents rains ability to rinse the
window and the screen track of debris. Windows with screens
have the tendency to trap bugs and spiders. It is easier
for us to clean the windows on maintenance visits in the
