Recognition

This is a British cinematic presentation that shows the
simple day and life of a window cleaner. Hope you enjoy.
During windy times of the year window cleaners have to
shift focus to safer grounds. We concentrate on low-rise
and residential work.
Going Green - Joining the
Revolution
We have decided to go green. We will be making changes
in many areas of our business to reduce our carbon footprint
and save our natural resources.
New line of Cleaners
- We have brought on a new line of organic not toxic cleaners.
Where feasible we have already made the transition to
a "Green" product line. All of our Window Cleaners
have been changed over already. We continue to do research
in our industry to find and implement new comparable cleaners
as they become available we add them to our arsenal.
Cleaning Towels
- We already use recycled and sanitized blue surgical
huck towels. These save a ton of trees compared to window
cleaners that still use paper towels. We also use organic
detergents for washing our towels.
Optimizing routes for our
crews - The Client Management Software that we
use(Service Ceo) http://www.insightdirect.com http://www.insightdirect.com/
has route optimization features that we use in creating
zones so that we may save on gas expenditures and time
traveling between appointments.
Emailing Information -
By emailing Estimates, Invoices and Brochures instead
of Faxing, Printing and Mailing, Our paper usage has dropped
dramatically.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:We will only accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please understand that we book our appointments well in advance trying to fill an appointment time with short notice often times not possible. This results in lost revenue for our business.

Q: What is Window Wizards viewpoint on rain or forecasted rain?
A: Forecasted rain is not a valid reason for rescheduling an appointment. If rain is falling at our arrival time, we will reschedule for the next available appointment. Should it rain within two weeks after the appointment, we guarantee our work and will touch up any windows that have been compromised at no charge to you.

Q: What is your Rain Guarantee(Residential Customers Only)?
A: Should it Rain ten days after your appointment we will come back to your home and touch up any compromised window for free at our first opportunity.

Q: Do you perform a back ground check on your employee’s?
A: Yes. All employees are pre-screened for illegal alien status, felonies and drugs.

Q: How do you clean the windows?
A: On the initial cleaning we will use only the finest window cleaning products. Handheld microfiber strip washers are used to agitate the dirt and residue from the windows suspending it off of the surface. We then squeegee the dirty water from the surface off of the glass and frame. Detailing all four edges of every pain with a cotton surgical towel is very important to make sure all water is removed. The interior sill and exterior screen track is also cleaned out. The end result is a window that looks like a diamond giving you a perfect view of your property and an exterior that exudes a shine that is hard to miss.

Q: Do you clean the window tracks?
A: This depends on you definition of a window track. During the cleaning process everything is cleaned inside and out that is accessible with out opening the window. The Window Well or the 1” strip that the window sets on is not cleaned under normal cleaning and must be requested and can be cleaned for an extra fee per window well.

Q: What kind of Soap do you use?
A:We use a professional bio- degradable none caustic soap called Glass Gleam 4.

Q: Can I use ammonia or Windex on my windows?
A: NO….Never. This will damage seals on thermal pane (Double Pane) windows and will remove window tint (film) from windows. It will also make window film bubble and turn purple.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: The Dallas location was started in 2001. Robb Hueston has been in the industry since 1993.

Q: Why are your prices higher than other window cleaning companies?
A: Our prices are very reasonable and are actually the same or a little higher than the few comparable companies here in Dallas. Operating a real business that pays its employee’s fairly, taxes and insurance, results with many costs that customers are not aware of. If you find a company that is significantly different in price, sirens and bells should be going off. Be a smart consumer, price is not everything!

Q: Can I receive a discount or for setting up a maintenance contract?
A: Yes. Please call our office to discuss the details.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: YES….. $1,000,000.00 General Liability and Auto policies and $25,000 Crime dishonesty. Any legitimate company has and maintains insurance to protect themselves, their employees and customers. Don’t risk loosing everything from a single accident on your property and make sure all your service contractors show you proof of insurance at least once a year!!!

Q: How many locations do you currently have?
A: We currently have four which are located in Dallas, Texas / Arlington, Texas / Kansas City, Missouri/ Santa Cruz, CA. Each branch is independently owned by friends or family members and is under no franchise obligations.

Q: What associations are you members of?
A:
The (BBB) Better Business Bureau
(IWCA) International Window Cleaning Association attending the 2004 Dallas convention and the 2005 Miami convention
(AUWC) Association of United Window Cleaners
(MWCoA) Master Window Cleaners of America

Q: Do you make donations to schools?
A: Yes we do! We love the opportunity to donate to our local schools. Generally we will give gift certificates for silent auctions for various services.

Q: Do run your business out of your house?
A: We have an
office and warehouse to run our business out of.
